It is also known as ”Simit” in the Southeastern Anatolia Region and ”Düğürcük” in the Central Anatolia Region. It is a type of fine bulgur used in meatballs, salads, soups and various salads. It is an important and economical carbohydrate source rich in minerals at the base of the grain group nutrition pyramid.
In our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities, light grains are cleaned with stone removing machines, optically and sensitively cleaned, sorted according to size, manually checked for final cleaning and packaged.
Contains gluten.
Store harvested products in their original packaging, in a sealed container, away from other grains and legumes that may be contaminated with butterflies.
Cooking tip: Before using, wash the bulgur 1-2 times and drain its water. You can easily soften the bulgur for meatballs by soaking it in hot water without having to boil it and use it in salads and meatballs.
