Dermason beans are grown in the cities of Erzincan, Konya, Kayseri, Niğde, Malatya, Tokat and Kahramanmaraş. It is recommended to soak the product in cold water for 10-12 hours before use. Cooking it in a normal pot for about 30-40 minutes and in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes is sufficient.
