Bulgur is a food made from wheat. This type of bulgur is preferred more in certain parts of Southeastern Anatolia and Central Anatolia. The grain group is an important and economical carbohydrate source rich in minerals at the base of the nutrition pyramid. Bulgur made with hard durum wheat, produced in Konya, Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Mardin is preferred. It is a very valuable foodstuff, especially because it contains B group vitamins and stores mineral salts.
It is a product obtained by cleaning, cooking, drying, and breaking it when desired, by separating it from its shell, in accordance with the technique in our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities. It should have a unique smell, and should not contain any burnt smell or foreign matter.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Cooking tip: Before cooking, wash the bulgur 1-2 times and drain its water. Bulgur takes 2 measures of water for 1 measure. You should cook your pilaf on low heat without stirring too much. You can use it in pilafs and stuffed vegetables.
