Roasted Shredded Wheat (Kadayif) for Pudding 200gr x 2pcs

Required Ingredients:
200 gr kadayif
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup crushed walnuts
For pudding:
1 liter of milk
4 tablespoons of flour
2.5 tablespoons of starch
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a suitable pot.
Add the roasted shredded wheat, sugar and walnuts and mix all the ingredients well and remove from the stove.
For the pudding, add the milk, sugar, flour and starch to the pot and mix well.
Then put it on the stove and cook on low heat, stirring until it thickens.
Take the pudding with the eyes on the top off the stove and add vanilla and butter and mix.
Spread half of your shredded wheat evenly on the bottom of the pyrex.
Pour the pudding on top and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded wheat evenly on the pudding and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight if possible.
Serve your rested shredded wheat pudding by decorating it as you wish.
