Plain Shekerpare 250gr x 3pcs

Required Ingredients:
1 pack shekerpare (250gr)
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
4-5 drops lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
Coconut
Hazelnut
Preparation:
For the syrup, we put our water and sugar in our pot and mix it.
We let it boil for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
When it starts to boil, we drop the lemon juice and boil it a little more, then we turn off the heat.
We pour the first hot syrup over our shekerpares that we have arranged in the pyrex.
We let our shekerpares that we have sherbet cool down and absorb the syrup for about half an hour.
When serving the desserts that have absorbed the syrup well, you can serve them with coconut or hazelnuts on top.
