Required Ingredients:
15 bite Hayrabolu Desserts
850 gr. Sugar (4.5 cups)
1.5 liters of Water
Preparation:
For 15 dried Hayrabolu Desserts, put 850 gr. sugar and 1.5 liters of water in a pot
After the sugar melts, add the Hayrabolu Desserts.
Continue cooking on low heat for 50-60 minutes.
Serve cold.
Note: You can serve your dessert with clotted cream or tahini if desired.
