Hasata Pilaf Antep Bulgur is produced from durum wheat grown in the Barak Plain in Gaziantep province.
Hasata Pilaf Antep Bulgur, which is produced by meeting the geographical indication conditions of Antep Bulgur and has its own color and aroma, is also a source of protein, phosphorus, potassium and fiber.
Thanks to its lockable packaging suitable for open-close use, it does not spill when opening or using, it can be stored in its own packaging until the recommended consumption date, and there is no need to transfer it to a jar.
Hasata Pilaf Antep Bulgur is subjected to a completely natural method, Controlled Atmosphere process, before packaging to prevent butterflying.
This process is based on keeping the product under oxygen level regulated conditions before packaging.
