In addition to çiğ köfte, it can also be used with bulgur for meatballs and kısır.
You do not need to soak or wash Duru fine bulgur for meatballs before using it.
In order to cook bulgur, which is prepared in a very practical way, it will be enough to use only 1 cup of bulgur and 2 cups of boiling water as a measure during cooking.
