It is produced from durum wheat without being touched by human hands. It is suitable for making meatballs. Meatball bulgur is obtained as a result of cracking bulgur in a stone mill.
Bulgur cracked in a stone mill, unlike bulgur cracked in disc and hammer mills, is produced in accordance with the nature of bulgur, thus preserving its original flavor and smell. Bulgur is dried by laying it in ventilation towers, which are products of advanced technology, instead of traditional drying methods.
Duru Bulgur for Meatball preserves its freshness for a long time as long as its packaging is not opened. When its packaging is opened, it should be stored in environments as far away from air, moisture and smell as possible. The temperature of the environment where it will be stored should be approximately 18 degrees.
Contains wheat gluten.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Usage Recommendations
Do not soak or wash.
Cook by adding 2 glasses of water to 1 glass of bulgur.
