The production process of this bulgur type is exactly the same as bulgur, the only difference is the wheat it is made from. It is a type of bulgur produced from Triticum Aestivum wheat. Since its structure is softer than yellow bulgur, it is easier to knead than normal çiğköfte bulgur and is widely preferred in çiğköfte production. The highest quality wheat is carefully selected and produced with great skill in factories with ISO 22000, IFS and BRC certificates. It is rich in fiber, vegetable protein, minerals and vitamins thanks to the natural stone mill.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Cooking tip: Do not wash before cook.
