It is produced from durum wheat without being touched by human hands. Başbaşı bulgur is the result of bulgur being crushed in a stone mill.
Bulgur crushed in a stone mill is produced in accordance with the nature of bulgur, unlike bulgur crushed in disc and hammer mills, thus preserving its original flavor and smell. Bulgur is dried by laying it in ventilation towers, which are products of advanced technology, instead of traditional drying methods.
Duru Başbaşı bulgur preserves its freshness for a long time as long as its packaging is not opened. When its packaging is opened, it should be stored in environments as far away from air, moisture and smell as possible. The temperature of the environment in which it will be stored should be approximately 18 degrees.
Duru Başbaşı bulgur is a special registered product of Duru. It is an extremely delicious bulgur with the highest fiber content, obtained by peeling the bulgur without breaking it during the grinding process in the mill. The highest quality wheat is carefully selected and produced with great mastery in factories with ISO 22000, IFS and BRC certificates. It is rich in fiber, vegetable protein, minerals and vitamins thanks to the natural stone mill.
Cooking tip: Do not soak or wash. Cook by adding 2 glasses of water to 1 glass of bulgur.
Usage areas: Soups, pilafs, salads, desserts, stuffed vegetables and wraps.
